Hello Folks.

I know I shouldn't be asking that...

But...can anyone help me get a US Bank Account (opening a Bank Account on my behalf because here from Brazil it's very very difficult and expensive to do this...) ?

I'd like to open a Bank Account with Bank of America...

I'm begging: somebody help me, please...

I hope any "good soul" can help me...

Thank you very much for your time and attention on reading my message.

Sincerelly,

MrJinks.

I've heard of a company called "Offshore Privacy" who I believe may be able to open bank accounts for people in Delaware, US. I've never dealt with them myself and my information's all second hand and possibly out of date too. But it's also possible that if they can't, they might know someone who can. Just a suggestion from what I've seen before elsewhere - I can't vouch for them in any way.

Thanks for the input. I have noticed that many foreign companies are incorporated at Delaware , is there any special reason for this.

It's a combination of privacy, speed, convenience and flexibility, I think. I read that more than 60% of the Fortune-500 companies are incorporated in Delaware, so the state's doing something right!

Hello Mr. Jinks~

I truly hope you are able to work out your situation from Brazil, but I hope you don't expect anything more than suggestions.

Please don't take this wrong, but your type of post raises many red flags. "Good souls" here in the U.S. have been horribly scammed by people asking for exactly what you are asking... as it usually leads to something more. In example:

So please excuse the cautious nature... we all need to be careful these days. Best of luck to you!

Hi, Ms. Malone.

Thank you for your advices...I didn't realize that my asking could raises red flags...

So, instead, I'll ask in another way:

Would somebody that lives in U.S. go to a Bank of America Office and ask them if it is possible for them to open an account for me ?

I will explain the reason: In the past 3 months, I've been involved with the forex business...and sometimes it requires great sums of money either to be send or to be received...in this case, if you don't have a Bank Account in the country your forex broker is in, it's much more difficult...

And I really need a Bank of America's account because the forex broker I'm involved with is from New York and it has a Bank of America's account...that's why I really need a Bank of America's account too (just in order to be easier to send and to receive money)...

Just to clarify some things...

I know sometimes it's hard to believe (mainly on the net where the scams unfortunately are usual) but my intentions are the best ones...

I'm sorry if I offended someone...

And thanks for your time, patience and comprehension on me...

Sincerelly,
MrJinks.

MrJinks,

No one will do that for you. Your only option is to email them and some other major American banks with your question.

Alexa is right about the benefits of incorporating in Delaware. A big part of the reason is that biz court cases are handled the quickest in the USA.

Nevada and Wyoming offer similar benefits though they are not as efficient with biz court cases.

These three states are the best places in the USA to form a corporation.

Warning: if you do not live in the said states, it can be significantly more expensive ("foreign entity"). Furthermore, if you should have to go to court, it can be a hassle.
