Just got my first website up and running It's very simple and much more content/products are coming soon. Any feedback from you guys would be much appreciated! I'm hoping it appears to be professional but fun. Thanks

Congrats!

Your site looks pretty good for being in its beginning phase.

The layout is trendy but smart.

Let me know when you ad the new content/products you mentioned.

Good luck with the site.

If you get a chance, check out mine.

Thank you

Your site looks great! It's easy to use and I got lost in your information for a while lol it's very well done. I definitely hope to have extensive info and links like that at some point

I like it. It doesn't look like a lot of those make money sites. Yours if different and catching.
Good Luck with it.
Get some affiliates and google ads on it

Ok, here is my constructive criticism from a technical perspective:

1. On the "8 tips" page (http://absolutreviews.com/about.html), the colored bg is unnecessary, and IMO doesn't fit well with the rest of the graphical theme. Also, if you're gonna keep it, there should be some padding (about 5-10px) between the text and the sides of the container.

2. The eyes on each page are a good idea, at least on the left-hand side. The rest of the eyes (centre and right-hand side) are partially covered by the content section on each page, which detracts from the otherwise professional look. I would personally crop the eye image so that you just have eyes down the left-hand side of the page.

3. Halfway down each page the side/border graphics stick out and overlap the eyes. This feels awkward. IMO the sides should just fade away into white.

4. Not sure if it's just me, but the "Absolut satisfaction" part of the slogan sounded a lil bit on the cheesy side to me.

Ok, I hope I wasn't nit-picking, lol, I don't mean to deflate anyone's efforts, but these were just a few things that I would have tweaked if it was my site...

I guess if it's working and generating sales, then it's right, lol.

I appreciate your feedback everyone!

And Homeboy, those are very useful tips, EXACTLY what I was looking for :)
I agree with many of the overlapping/cut off problems. The thing is, I have a sort-of limited site builder currently, as I'm only paying 4.99 a month lol. When I upgrade I assume I'll be able to tweak the layout more easily. I'm working on correcting some of the simple changes.
Thanks again! I've certainly got my work cut out for me
