Could you let me know what the Payment Threshold dropdown is for on your Clickbank "My Account" area?

Actually for the first payment, customers should purchase with 5 different credit cards

Should be on you account setting page. It's true that you have to make about five sales from different credit cards before you get paid the first time. after that, you get paid when you reach your threshold amount.
Promote product of value! People will return poor products.
