There are many email service providers in the market, but I want to know someone who can take care of everything for newbies, from installation to technical support etc.Are there any service providers of that sort?

The company that I am using has video tutorials for newbies. They will show you everything you need to do in order to set up everything and all the ins and outs of getting your account ready for action.

If they don't have it, I think they have a forum for people to ask any questions that they may have and the responses there are very quick and helpful.

The company is called Getresponse.com

I also use Getresponse and have always been happy with their service.

Shun, exactly what kind of email service are you talking about? Are you talking about an autoresponder service, or are you talking about simple email service for yourself?

When I read your post I assumed that you were talking about email service for yourself, which, if that is the case, I have some recommendations. But others here answered your question as if you were asking about autoresponder services.

Can you clarify? Thanks.
