Hi There
Just wanted to ask about Google campaigns. I have a system/method ready to go & was considering google PPC - £30 a month limit on clicks with a 3 month blitz.
Do you think their business represent's good value for money ??

There is a mix of feelings on this subject. If you have knowledge in how PPC works and have a good grasp on how to select your keywords then yes, you can make some money through PPC.
However, if you do not know the techniques or how to use this advertising method then it can leave you in a pinch if you are not careful.
I would suggest to start out small and experiment with different keywords to see which ones work for you the best. Once you get the hang of it then you will know if it will work for you.

If you...
- truly understand the PPC model
- weighed the benefits and pitfalls
- did extensive keywork research
- are familiar with ad psychology
- refined your landing pages
- are comfortable with biding tactics
- know how to maximize adgroups
... then you stand a chance of generating a reasonable ROI.
Otherwise, you could be eaten alive!

Hi Mark,
Hermas gave out some good tips. Google is a good ad network if you know what you are doing. You can also check into Yahoo and Microsoft.
Additionally:
- be sure to track conversions
- compare expenses to income
- shoot for a high quality score to minimize cost per click

Hello Mark, I will tell you what I do when running my PPC campaigns. I first look for long tail keywords I try not to use main keywords. Then I create one adgroup per keyword. So if I use 100 keywords that will be 100 adgroups.
Also I make sure that the keyword is on the title of the ad plus I use the keyword in various places of the landing page or capture page. Rule of thumb is not to spend more than $5 daily budget per every 50 keywords.
Start low test and take what works and get rid off of the rest. Test campaigns for 1 to 2 weeks if the keywords are not converting to sell or leads, get rid of them and get new keywords.

All it needs is consistent amount of efforts. Make the effort, invest less and try to learn more.

are very important factors for marketing
I believe you are serious marketer,
If you are OK to invest money for your business,
I would recommend to pay professional marketer for your
advertisement~ like monthly, (it costs little bit higher than
you do your own google adwards). Let someone promote yours
Price range is Average $99~ $500 a month
This is another alternative way to run campaign and can be
expected good results.

Hi All
I notice now on google when you type in a word, it gives you the amount of views that, the particular word gets (highlighted in green).
Does this give a good indication of what words to use when trying to attract visitors to click your website ??

There is a question mark at the top of every column. If you do a mouse-over (place your mouse pointer) on the question mark, you'll get a tool tips box that explains what each column means.
