Basically my mate and i were chatting about this and that and he mentioned a job offer he'd got from an old boss (a retired doctor) my friend is a nurse btw what they want to do is create a members only health card for their under 16s, and this provides a hard copy of information for any child that had an emergency where a parent or gaurdiun was around to inform a paramedic to any allergys medical problems age even down to their blood group! sounds good to me, but obviously there are positions for recruitment and such which would be ideal work at home jobs?

I see that no one answered your question here so I am going to try and help.

I have never heard this and it may be illegal.

Maybe you should seek more info online. Do a search on Google and see what others are saying.

Can't jump to conclusion that it is a scam or not.
