Go to your profile page via the links near the top of the page'
under the signature box there is a small link in grey labeled "how to make links clickable" then copy and paste the parts a little more carefully. I think you have the second (/url) part is in the wrong place.

talfighel is right. You need to close you [url] tag. And this is how you close it [/url]

It is always better to learn some simple html tags to avoid mistakes like this.
