Help needed regarding tradmark keyword

Hello i need a help.
I have a blog,in which i use a trademark keyword.
My blog URL is http://kaspersky-activation-key.blogspot.com

Kaspersky is the registred trademark of kaspersky.com

Now i want to know that it is ok or not.
Should i have to remove the kaspersky keyword from my domain or not.

I have also start another blog. http://activation-keys.blogspot.com
So this is ok or not.
activation is a trademark keyword or not.
Plz any one hepl me. I need your help.

Hi getreffs,

Your best bet is to email the company and ask for permission. Just explain how you want to use their name.

Are you giving out activation keys?

I agree that writing Kaspersky would be the best bet regarding your use of their Trademarked name.

I very much doubt if that would be an issue. Just search for "Kaspersky" and see how many websites have it in their domain name. And if it was indeed an issue, Blogger wouldn't have allowed to to use that name in the first place.

Trademark names would be an issue only if you were to bid on it in PPC search engines.

There is no one who have use kaspersky in there domain name.
