I sent an money order to APP Portal for a website and I did not receive any site. You can find all about APP Portal searching this site. I left messages and mailed a letter to them! I finally spoke to a guy and he told me that I should be receiving it in a few days. It's been two months!

I don't think you can get the money back.
Did you do your research before invest it?
I used to make this kind of mistakes and lost quite a bit of money.
Take it a lesson learned and do your diligent before investing.
