Hi! Everyone I want to ask you that is there any possible way to investigate the work flow of our work system?
I feel it from past few days that the work report which my assistors are giving me daily is not correct. Some of them are giving me the fake report of their work. Now it is really very difficult for me to face my officers because these daily fake reports. Can anyone suggest me on how to make investigation on the work flow of the system?

You should adopt a payment system which is based exclusively on performance.

Hi TYLER,

You might want to research Business Process Management software and/or Microsoft Project for future projects or team tasks.

Where I work we use some web based software called 'Gemini' to track everyones tasks. It's free. Just do a search and you can download it. It works very well.
