If you've read all of the Bum Marketing material (a good idea) and you'd like to spend very little at the moment yet still get a good idea of what online marketing is all about, I suggest Honest Riches by Holly Mann.

Hi Cap(and everyone else),
Much as everyone has said there are ways to make money online without costing you money, HOWEVER; the less money you spend the more time you tend to spend. BUMmarketing is a really good starting point for learning how to market for free, as literally it just takes time. I've noticed with the prevalence of BUMmarketing now that there are a lot of articles for many of the same items from clickbank(not a big clickbank fan myself)
There are other methods as well. I teach a method that starts slow (no money) and once you get it going funnels into other markets/opportunites as well. If you're interested let me know. There is work involved, but it's free to start and is a good way to expose yourself to some of the simpler marketing methods out there.
If you have the time there is nothing you can't accomplish online.

Making money is all about building your list. Do a search on a squeeze page or some call it a lead generation page. Then focus on what you have to offer and make that your page subject. Then you would need to focus on driving traffic to the squeeze page which captures leads (name & emails). The only money that you would have to pay out is possibly a few dollars to host the website/squeeze page. I teach this kind of stuff.

Ok I found some good software from click bank to promote, & I was wondering if Traffic Exchange sites are good for business. I know that most people just ignore your site but has anybody had any-kind of success from this?

Hey Cap. I'm sure by now that you're on board with the underlying message from most of these responses: do your research. In doing so, you'll find that there are many programs out there where little to no money is needed to start up. Good luck in all that you do!

Well I am on my way to a quick Mill..
I found a tater chip that looks like VanGogh's ear,, look on Ebay baby 
anyway there are very few that don't require some type of payment, maybe just a small one..
I have made decent $$ with a couple of them that didn't cost much to do...
