I have a Wordpress blog and all it takes it is to highlight the word or words you want to make "clickable" then go to the link function (it's the icon that looks like a single chain just to the right of the page justification options). When you click on the icon a window should appear asking you for the web link you want attached to the highlighted area of your blog and that should do it! If you are using some other type of blog software I would imagine something similar to what I've described would be available. Good luck!
