I echo the sentiment of finding something you LOVE to do...and doing it!

That's what I'm doing with my personal training and health-foods businesses!

Keep a positive attitude and go for your passions....the money will follow. Everyone is getting hit by this economy, just stay positive and you will survive better than all the people that are just being negative!

Yes stay positive xrebmax. Keep searching and look into posting your talents on sites like craigslist in the gigs and services sections. Don't forget to give competitive rates to get the ball rolling if you get some work. Wish you well.

Hi xrebmax,

There are many different jobs on internet. Simply start to search for it. It requires patience but in future results can be appreciable.

Good luck!

From the way you write i think you should be able to do well with textbrokers ( i am not affiliated with this site in anyway).

Textbrokers is basically a site where people post topics they want articles on and writers(you could become one) look through these topics and choose.

If you are in the state give them a try and make sure to write your test article carefully as that will affect your placement and the kind of work you are allowed access.

Cheers and hang in there cos there is a light at the end of that tunnel.

Hey xrebmax,
I just joined the forum and just found your post...
My first tip is...forget about the economy! the economy is us. It's what we think and the value we generate with our ideas and trust in each other.

There so much cash out there waiting for you.

Sounds like fresh air uh?

Let me ask you a few questions then...

What if you could sell a $20 item to 100 people week? that would be $2000/week, that is, $8000/month. How about that as an income?

What if you could apply for affiliate programs that require no traffic to your website? (most of affiliate programs I signed up with required no details on my traffic!)

What if you could post articles on highly ranked article directories just writing about yuor favourite topic and leaving the address of your website in your signature?

That would gradually generate some highly targeted traffic, with visitors who already like and trust you...

Do this for a few months, maybe a couple of years and you'll have a list of customers who love to hear from you a couple of times a week...and would love to spend a few bucks once in a while.

What do you have to lose?

So my tip is: just focus on providing value helping others. They will love paying for your original ideas, your support and loyalty.

And...most of all you'll be your own boss and nobody will ever fire you...

Good Luck!

F.

Keep the faith, and do your homework when you do decide what you want to do. Write down what you are good at and pursue that. It does entail a lot of work, but any thing worth having takes work.
