You can have post-it notes printed with your short message and stick them on the driver's side window, near the handle.
I've known people who actually took post-it pads and during down time such as TV-time, they hand wrote notes on the post-its!
I have attempted this type of thing, but I always feel self-conscious and like I am a litterer.
However, I never tried such a simple message as in the original post here, and maybe that a key tip!
(On the other hand, making money claims is not really legal... but something else as simple and just as compelling might work!)
