Newspaper Advertising?

I have never tried it due to the cost involved. I have been thinking tough about printing some flyers about my business and distributing them. I figured that would be cheaper.
Anyone had luck with it?

I recommended offline promotion and I think advertising in newspapers is good. I would emphasize doing it by word of mouth- through personal interaction. When a new friend goes online your promotion can spread like wildfire especially if you have a good marketing strategy.
