It's tough work but it depends on the quality of your autoresponder sequence or offer to your prospective customers.

For a real brutal reveiw of traffic exchanges read the free chapters of the death of joint venture giveaways about Brad's experiences with them I've posted a reveiw of it on my blog.

Some work better than others but they are hard work.

Thanks, I'll go read it. I wasn't too sure about it but I thought I'd give it a try.

I signed up with swirlpages(I think that's what its called) and it has a directory of traffic exchange sites.

I've had some traffic from them, while I'm reading and reply to forums I run the traffic exchange.
