I am a mom of 3, married to a great guy and an entrepreneur. From a young age I was raised to work hard and always do my best. I was born from a line of school teachers and figured that was the path I would take. Fortunate for me my Dad stepped in and said “You will not be a school teacher, find something else.” He had many reasons for which I will not go into here but he saved my life by giving me that order.

After I graduated from college and started to dabble in the work world, I began to dream of being an executive of a big company with an office overlooking the ocean or the mountains. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I made the executive title with a great mountain view from my desk. Yes, I did it and I was miserable! I always felt like I could do a better job than my boss and I wanted more freedom and creativity in my work.

After spending 20 years in Training & Development for managers and executives; I started my own training consulting business, Conceptual Training & Design, in 2008. I was very successful from the beginning. I have written training materials, conducted workshops, spoke at conferences, trained leaders, and business owners in prominent companies such as: Walt Disney World, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Council for Hotel & Restaurant Trainers (CHART), Yum! Brands, network marketers, and many Franchisee owners.

I still love training for companies but when I met my husband, John, I developed a passion to work from home and to use my skills to help those that want to build their own dream and not someone else’s. So I help those that want to learn how to start their own home business and begin to build wealth for their family’s future.
