I have a passion for health, fitness and lifestyle. Since 1999 I make healthy food choices, participate in regular physical activity, and keep my body in great shape. I am currently enrolled in the YMCA Fitness Training Program(F.I.T) to earn my Fitness Training certificate to become a certified trainer. I've been sharing my routine with friends and family for years to motivate them to get in shape. I feel it's the right time in my life to officially become a professional. I have 3 children and a girlfriend going on 9 years now.
