I am upset with LightSpeed right now. I did a 2 part survey with them and was supposed to get 2500 points total, but was only given 500 after it was all said and done. Took me 3 hours for a survey that was only supposed to be 1 hour 30 mins due to how their survey ran between screens (I know it was their site and not my computer). I have written to their advocate several times and she has not written back at all. I am considering quitting Lightspeed because of this. Too bad because I did do ok with them, but I don't need the aggravation.

I hear you man. I messed around with LightSpeed and I was in the same position as you. I was scheduled to get a certain amount of points but only got a fraction of the total. Sucks because it took me so long to finish it, lol.

But yeah, they are not the best paid survey site.

I haven't had any problems with Lightspeed whatsoever. In fact, they are one of my favorite survey sites. I especially like that it seems I have a longer period of time to try to qualify. I checked in recently to the main site and had about 3 surveys in the queue! I get invites from them frequently. Most of all, I love getting paid by PayPal. I've been paid twice, most recently last week, and within several days of making my request. I give Lightspeed A+++!

When I was into surveys, I used to do Lightspeed and I don't really recall them doing anything to hurt me. All I remember was it did take some time for me to get rewarded from them by points. I kinda prefer not the point-based survey sites but those that are the cash-based in which you actually get paid to take surveys. I am not talking about one of those dumb paid to sign up for surveys, but the real ones like American Consumer Opinion or something.

if i am correct in this, you NEED to read the terms of the survey CAREFULLY.

i think it states that you can win UP TO x amount of points.

i recently sent a paypal cashout with them for $5.

I like lightspeed they have never given me any problems in the past. I rate them as 1 of my favorites. I have learned over the past few months though what 1 person says about a specific survey site could be the exact opposite from another.

I have been a member of Lightspeed Panel as well and i would not recommend anyone joining, because whenever i had a problem with a survey and emailed their customer support,i would never get a response back! They say on their website if you have problems with a survey email Lauren, well i never did hear from Lauren when ever i had a question or had a problem with a survey! Any company that does not take care of their members or customers, i would stay away from them!
