I checked out Simpleology -- and it seems like a typical bait and switch - fly-by-night operator.
It promises free tools "to change your life with free knowledge ... " but then immediately starts off with trying to sell you "Bonus materials that you will never again have the opportunity to buy if you pass up now "
If you pass up the above <sarcasm> golden, once in a lifetime opportunity </sarcasm> it offers to install various bits of software on your system and make itself the home page on the browser.

Simpleology is by Mark Joyner.
If you know Mark, you will know he is definately not a fly by night operator.
