A little confused on cloaking or the 'cloaking codes' when I write or add to my blog, articles, or press releases.
Please help.

Also a little lost on adsense & adwords.
I think adsense is allowing others to advertise on my site through cloaked text and/or adwords?
Could someone explain better?

About adwords... how many ads should I run & how many keywords do I use? I am still confused.

I followed directions from what I understand from PL & no visits or nothing... It has been 3 weeks since I started it.
I study a lot & implement what was taught;
What else should I do ?

Go to this link http://www.how2-makemoneyonline.com/new/secret.ag.php
to download a copy of free cloaking software.

This is just an example

After you enter the information, you'll get a code the looks like this

<a href="http://wolfgrey.mp3dwnlnet.hop.clickbank.net" onmouseover="window.status='Top 10'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">Top10Downloads.org </a>

You will enter the above code to your script.
The viewer of the blog or article will see
Top10Downloads.org (which will be a clickable link.

Once you download the free software and get staarted, you'll fully understand.

I'm not sure what you are asking here. Are you asking what adsense/adwords really is, or are you saying you believe someone has replaced your adsense publisher code with their own?

As for using adwords, if you don't know how to research and track keywords and write an ad that makes people click. My advice would be don't use it until you do know how to do that.

I don't know anything about the ProfitLance "system". If you're using it with adwords on the happy dog blog, I assume it's some kind of ad arbritrage scheme. These can work, but only if you can:
1)Get dirt cheap keywords bringing traffic in
2)Get much better paying clicks out
3)Get a good clickthrough rate

For your blog, I would stick to free advertising methods. You're already doing article marketing, post on pet forums with your site in the signature (and don't just say, "please visit my site"), have your site in the social networks.

These methods aren't as fast as PPC traffic, but they are more targeted - in other words your clickthrough rate for people who found your site through articles are very high. Also, it takes time and seasoning for you to learn how to bring your traffic, but that's time you aren't throwing money on PPC.

Again, I don't know anything about the ProfitLance system, but it's difficult to make money with paid advertising unless you know what you're doing...

PPC is one of the expensive way to get traffic.
The traffic you get depends on your keywords and ads written.

Since you have lose some money on PPC, why not just concentrate the current free methods like blogging, article marketing for now?

As the traffic you get will be more relevant to your website.

Just my 2 cents
