Hi.

I was checking out my site on a friends computer last night and I was surprised to find that none of the google ads were showing. I found out that her system uses software to stop pop up windows. When I looked at my source there was code embedded that basically stripped out the adsense ads. Has anyone encountered this? I know this is going to happen sometimess, but what concerns me is will this end up being a trend and if so, are we to assume, and rely on Google having a work around?

Are you referring to Adwords or Adsense ads?

If your security settings are high, Javascript is disabled and you may not be able to see the ads

The google ads I expect to see having signed up for adsense.

Thanks for the reply.

It takes some time for the ads to show, since your site is being indexed.

No the ads have already shown up and I've made money from them, but I just noticed, by doing some tests, that some people have the ad code stripped out and I was concerned this would become a common thing.
