Hi Sonni,

It's best to join more than one affiliate network. It's nice to be able to monetize in as many ways as possible. Some times it's a bit of a challenge to figure out how so you'll want as many sources to draw upon as possible.

Folks tend to like cj.com, Amazon, ClickBank, eBay, and several niche-specific affiliate networks.

Some networks are quick studies whereas others are a bit more complex and require a fair amount of study. CJ.com (Commission Junction) is one of the more complex networks but if you just put in some time, you'll get the hang of it.

Many of the smaller networks only offer a single product so they are quick studies.

I belong to quite a few networks but if I had to pick one, it would be Commission Junction. You might save that one for a little later since it may prove to be discouragingly complex early in the game. Definitely join it some day though. They have all the big names.

Use the Google search method I've described above your entry. It should serve you well.

One last tip: I'm not sure if you will use one of your existing sites or make a new one, but you'll have to make sure it has several fairly decent pages. The bigger networks look at your site before they approve it.

Also, if a network has several advertisers, they will each check out your site before allowing you to represent their products. Some are more picky than others.

Good luck and let me know if you have any difficulty.

Affiliate Marketing is by far the easiest way to make money online.

So far I've joined cj, sharasale, linkshare, clixgalore, and clickbank. Not using them all, but want to have access to the products when I'm ready. Linkshare seems to be user friendly as far as the links go. I have difficulty with links at times. Clixgalore is more difficult so I gave up on them, for now anyway. I'm still not sure whether a real product or digital product is best to start with as a beginner. I imagine there are so many variables it's hard to figure out. It would seem that clickbank is easier since you just download it, but if no one buys it what good is easy?
