I need help too, I had started a blog at blogger or blogspot and it gave me a url but when I try to get to that some other page comes up. I added adsense to it and now I am still cofused. How can anyone see my blog?

Kevo you are starting at the same age i did  so i been in your shoes i am 18 soon :P
Profit lance is a great course, it was where i started, i knew nothing back then, creating a website seemed such a daunting and expensive task.
If you need any help just pm me.
Oh and makemoneyonline is a great resource to tap into (very helpful)

You have to attract people to your website. I would suggest to contact blogger ... visit blogger.com and click on "Help" at the bottom of the page.
