Just signed up for Profit Lance last week and am having problems with the first video on the welcome page. The other three videos I get picture and talking.
The first video I only get talking no pictures. I have contacted by email mike but recieved no response so far. I sent him an email about 3-5 days ago.
I would love to get started by watching the videos but need to reslove this problem. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know what can done. Thanks Happyman aka: John

All I can suggest is to wait for Mike's email. He is usually really fast at responding.
