This one just launched last night and it is very similiar to TCLS (The Cash Leveraging System) but this company claims to advertise your URL until you have 5 paid members. I've heard that before, but I guess it's possible if you get in early enough.

TWP works like this:

You pay 5 members $3 and the admin $2 to get started. That's a total of $17 one-time ever. You will get your own site to promote and get paid unlimited $3 instantly into your AlertPay account whenever anyone in your 5 level downline upgrades.

You also get the opportunity to place your number one program next to your name, this way when people see you as their next person to pay they will also see your other program with referral link. The page owner has their ad shown on top. Their sponsors ad is shown directly below that. Then, the next sponsor's ad is shown and so on. This is a great way to also build your other program at the same time you are getting paid with TWP.

If you like The Cash Leverage System you will probably like this one as well. I'm not a member of TCLS, but I've heard good things. The only reason I joined this program was because I had the opportunity to get in SUPER early.

If it is similar to cash gifting, it is likely to be illegal

Might as well play the lottery as to get involved in cash schemes, at least it's legal.

Is the most you get at a time $3? Well at least that isn't asking for a lot to start. Something I should look into.

It seems like every income opportunity online is "likely" to be illegal now a days!
