has anyone had experience with ..

blueprint for top rankings?

Ha Ha. No loop holes exist for more time. If you are into this you risk your website.

Every search engines use different algorithms in ranking your page and I don't think they will allow you to have it or else every webmaster can manipulate their site ranking. I guess the only way for your page to always show on the first page of the results is to bid the highest amount on the Adwords. All others, just do SEO.

I have experimented on doing SEO and I was succesful in getting the top 1 spot with my selected keyword without spending any dime on advertising. It took time but its possible.

Without a doubt, the only way to get the job done is to do it correctly. No black hat! You will simply spend time and money getting banned. Create a product that people want and the traffic will follow.

First, it does work.

Second, that being said, it only work for MSN and requires a ton of work and more than one IP.
