Do you have a manager or mentor you can work with - someone at the company?

As an owner of an answering service we are just finalizing our plans for at home agents. the problem is the technology is falling short of our expectations. We are nuts about quality. if we use the internet to carry the voice the quality is inconsistent but if we don-t we are not competitive forcing the at hoe agents to use a dial-up connection. the trouble surrounds the cost of long distance even at .02 cents per minute if you multiple that times 40 hours per week the cost is (40 hours x .02 rate per minute x 60 minutes per hour) 48$ dollars per month plus a local phone.

If you would like to be considered once we get this going please dont hesitate to study our web site at [Link removed - Admin]

Good luck to you. I suspect your message has urgency in mind and you need a job now but the key to working is choosing a field that you like first and then a company that will be around for the long run to provide benefits and consistency to your life. We have a 35 year track record.

Being customer centric it is crucial to make sure that we keep the customers happy with the quality they are used to receiving.

Have you tried LiveOps? I know they are not an answering service but it's pretty easy.

I worked for West going on 2 years and I just resigned because it has gotten so strict. The reason I quit is because of the pin policy. I contracted out with TRU/BRU. It was written on Wests' web site that if we got a pin we could dispute it. Well, I received two pins back to back which were NOT my fault and I tried to dispute them; no one disputed the pins for me. I sent emails after emails and got no response, I called HR and got no call back. I finally called a PAL who gave me to her spvr, the spvr told me to email the Omaha Pal. I was just getting the run a round. That just told me those people can pin you for no reason and get away with it and the agents can't do anything about it. It was not like that 2 years ago; as a matter of fact none of this mess like getting the customers name, address, phone number. etc we didn't have to do, we did not get pinned for ALC, We didn't have the Rewards System. I really feel sorry for you!
