Wow, I am just amazed by the quantity (and quality) of the survey invites I have been seeing since the start of the new year. Tons and tons of them and many are really offering decent payment and incentives. How about you all? 2009 is looking good so far!

So far the year has been going pretty good for me also. The best oneI got so far was the collect your junk mall for the month of feb for 100$ from Ipsos, and the 60$ with palm piliot from lightspeed. They say its a 3 part survey. We shall see.

I earned a measly $5 with paid surveys, so I gave up a long time ago. Instead, I try to focus my efforts on more profitable business models.

I know at first they send you the cheap surveys however from what I have seen the longer you stick with it the better it becomes. And in my opinion even if it was only $5 heck thats a free lunch. So I have started to do both. IM and online surveys.

Paid surveys are great especially when you know which companies really pay and are worth doing. I've been doing surveys for several months and have been getting a lot. I love Pinecone Research.

I've tried the paid surveys as well, but either never qualified for the survey or had to jump through so many hoops to get there that I never was actually paid anything at all. For the time I spent I figure it would be more profitable for me to play the lottery!! LOL...

If anyone has some real survey sites that actually pay money and don't just use your sign up to send you spam, I would be most grateful hearing about them.

    Thanks.

I have done fairly well with online surveys. At first I had to set up a free e-mail account that has a spam folder with it. I went out and signed up for so many of the survey sites. Then I had to weed through them. I just sent all the ones that sent spam, or the ones that were a get paid to do offers thing to the spam folder. most of the real ones do not spam you.

I just joined a handful within the last 3 days and am receiving invites but for the best ones I've received?? I haven't been eligible[IMG] I felt a little discouraged but I just keep signing up with more companies. I know it is not going to be easy. I think it is a blessing I am receiving invites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all, denise in Sams Valley OR

I don't think any one is earning with surveys in India or Asian countries. Many survery websites stick with US and Europeon countries.

And if they accept Indian registration they do not send enough surveys to earn on it. Its not their mistake. It is the need of market. I see no Indian advertisers are ready to spend money on surveys to do a market research. They simply hire market specialists to do this job.

So Survey is for Non Asian. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks Gringo. I have tried 6/11 you recommended.
    1. Global Test Market:

Ya, they send occasional surveys, but they are difficult to qualify for that. But will you be happy receiving a surveys for 10 days ? So I left them.

    2. American Consumer Opinion

They accepted my registration, but when I enquired they said currently they are focusin only US residents.

And I have given a try for some other companies. But I feel it is not worthy, so changed my focus.

Sam the key to doing surveys and making money with them is sign up with alot of companies that way when you only get a survey every 10 days you have the other companies to fall back on. At least thats my thoughts. I would rather make $50 a month then nothing at all even if it was over a 60 day period. They addup.

Heck thats why I built my review site to explain a little about online surveys. [IMG] Wish you well.

Another important thing I need to get advice on, is to find out if I should start answering "yes" to being "self-employed" and choose marketing research as my biz? Or, I could put "other" if option for that and list Survey Processor or something. But I happened to think about an article I read and wondered if maybe these companies might shy away from using me if I they know i am building a business on doing surveys?? I mean, who isn't? Are there actually people that just do this for fun and not about the money at all? Im truly interested in a lot of things and jump at the chance to give my input or opinion. So it's not just about the money but I am earning money doing something I enjoy, giving my opinion.

    Any feedback for me folks??

Thanks and happy Saturday to all[IMG] denise in Sams Valley OR

Gringo, thanks for your reply. But I feel that Surveys are geo targetted. US people get more surveys and people in the sub continent get less. I often have a chat with a friend in US who makes $500 and more from surveys. In India I ever saw anyone who earns more than $30 or $50 a month.

Yes they add up, but I feel they are not of great priority for me. But still paid surveys are a great way of earning money for those who resides in US, UK, Canada, Australia and some other lucky people. May be in future Paid surveys may scale up in India and at that time I will catch up ! Happy Surveying mate !
