I've done just a little purchasing of "hits" to my site with no
    results at all
I've also tried emailing 30,000 a day with no results
Is there anywere to purchase Traffic that actually gets results?
I would love to know some good sources for this if there are any
    thanks so much

cgardner1 , the type of traffic and email marketing you have
purchased in not targeted. I know the numbers may seem
impressive, but your lack of leads from this effort show otherwise...

Coastal isn't the sort of "make money for free" type of thing
I would expect to produce results with this type of untargeted
marketing. Of course if you are selling "make money free" nobody
in your downline will invest a thin dime in building a business.

Big-ticket programs require a different approach. While it can
get costly to drive Pay-Per-Click traffic to a "Look at my fabulous Life" type squeeze page, its actually about the most targeted
traffic you can buy... so if you are serious about buying your traffic
    you should be doing Adwords.

Bulk emailing can be real frustrating. Unless you want to invest
money and energy in becoming a bulk email expert, I would
recommend you don't mess with it.

I know... I have blown a lot of dough on bulking...
  6. I now have more than 20 ways of bringing people to my site to show them my life and business. I hate to break this to all of you but there is NO right way or wrong way to do it. I share all the ways I have found with my associates and with that knowlege they can decide which works best for them. I now pay anywhere from Free to 5 or 10 dollars per lead. One is no better than the other. The more expensive ones are leads that have been nutured by the leads company making them more qualified. The free ones( or cheap ones) I nuture myself. All are looking for a BIZ OP. I just may have to work a little to get them to be as qualified as that 10 dollar lead. So again it depends on you.
I work with people in all different situations and am able to share those ideas with others.
My capture page is the link in my signature here but I can be reached for more info by PM ing me from here.

I want to start a co-registration lead program for individuals who don't want to spend 300 for a batch of 20,000 leads or $997.00 for 100,000.

The only way to do it is that the programs would have to be similar in order to make it work successfully.

Other than pay per click advertising, article marketing, the next logical choice is co-registration leads. Google Co-registration leads if you don't know what I am talking about.

A few months ago co-reg leads became the big item with the Profit funnel Video when these two guys made millions in a couple of months using them.
  8. I can and have used my capture page in a rotation cycle with other people in my group. We share as a CO-OP. The leads caprure page listed here will actually provinde that service for you. The only cost involved is for thed Capture page ($56 US each) And of course for advertising (collective pool). The hosting company will set up 5 customers on this rotation at no cost. A larger Co-op will have a a nominal fee. Checkout the link below to get all the details.

    Hope this helps

Adsense and Adwords by google or yahoo have done great for me. Adsense in particular. I get quite a few hits on my site everyday and about 10-15 hits are from adsense. Google pays you per click.

Just my 2 cents on this subject. I use contact solo email ads very effectively, but I am not promoting $997 programs, mine range from $6 to $49.99, and I usually get multiple sales from ads that cost anywhere from $14.99 to $35. Just ran a $22.50 ad for the $6 program and made 9 sales from it and had two upgrade to a $40 program, just by sending them a Welcome email with 2 extra links in it. I've also had success driving traffic with free sources too, email safelists (one in particular) and various web based safelist type sites (made $97 in sales this week from one site alone) I started online marketing on Aug 1st 2007 and my site is currently ranked 5,104,000 by Alexa, but that goes back the last 3 months, my traffic rank yesterday was 716,000. Quite an improvement. I usually have between 16 - 20+ different referral sources everyday. You just need to use MANY different sources, until you come across the right ones. I also get many google leads everyday too, as I'm on the first page for my main keyword, don't really know what I did to get there. But I will stay away from PPC, I've heard too many horror stories and my paypal account keeps growing with what I'm doing now. Well, that's my 2 cents worth (well maybe more).

    cggardner1 and bobis,

What exactly is your site that you are trying to get traffic for? Is it a site promoting a work at home opportunity, or do you have a site that sells hardgoods or services, etc.

There definitely are different types of traffic generating schemes available, but what you really want is "targeted" traffic. People who are looking specifically for what you are offering. You are much more likely to get results from those types of visitors.

Email campaigns probably won't do that for you. I know that personally I filter out all that "junk mail" and I suspect most others do too.

You can pay for Adwords with Google, but depending on the keyword price this could mount up quickly if you are not careful.

I agree with makemoneyonline. You ought to instead build your site in such a way that the search engines send you targeted traffic as a result of people searching for your particular keywords.

I'm still pretty much an amateur but my chocolate candy site gets about 300 visitors a day and I don't pay for advertising AT ALL. Each page of my site is focused on a particular keyword or phrase that brings me traffic for that particular phrase due to my ranking with Google.

If you are unfamiliar with this concept, drop me a pm and ask for the link to get info. on the importance of targeted traffic. That will spell things out more clearly than I can in this single post.

    All the best.

The best lead is always the one you generate yourself. I diversify my marketing both online and offline. I also try to put myself in my prospects shoes: If I'm looking for a legitimate opportunity, where would I go? Serious prospects will do more than just type in their name and email on some Saturday night while surfing the net.

The more "hoops" they are willing to jump through, the more serious and the more targeted they'll be.

OPtimizing the site is easier said than done. It will take years to build content, and the competition for keywords is massive. Plus google changes rules all too often.

I used a tracking link on a number of well known paid traffic sites. I was testing what works and what does not. Overall most of your paid traffic sites will not produce the results your hard earn dollar deserves.

Traffic is delivered a number of ways, pop-ups, pop-overs and pop-unders and website impressions to name a few. If a prospects subscribes to a news letter and have agree to accept advertising traffic they will get a pop-over or pop-up.

When you go to the traffic backoffice it shows as click. Remember I told you I created a tracking link. This means for every click the traffic company shows. I should have a corresponding click in my tracking link counter. This was not the case! I had 50,000 impressions and 2 optins. I was furious so I called the company and expressed my displeasure.

After I got all over the guy like a bad suit, he finally came clean and told me most of my traffic was pop-unders. In other words, my site was shown 50,000 times and was never really seen by the audience I was marketing too.

    Save your money...

Web traffic generators are a great way to generate traffic (TrafficSwarm).

    I hope this helps.

I suggest first that you find a good and honest SEO expert to tweak your lead capture pages (if you have any) or site. SEO - Search Engine Optimization is one of the most important things you can do to get REAL targeted traffic without paying tons of cash for fake traffic (been there done that).

Also get a good Auto-responder create dynamite ads and continue buying leads and sending them out. You will also need to get a phone script or if your comfortable, start calling your leads and build your own traffic. DO NOT ever buy traffic again, once you get an SEO and you get ranked in the top 10 on google, and continue a flow of real traffic, you will see your sales, and downline expand rapidly.

Instead of buying you can follow these tips to increase traffic. Here are eight free ways to increase website traffic.

    1. Search engine optimization
Optimize your website to increase your chances of getting top rankings in natural search engine results. Research keyword phrases and use them in your website. Put your phrases in your title, Meta tags intro, body, end, and link text.

    2. Article writing and press releases
Submit articles and press releases related to your website and include a link to your website in the resource box at the bottom of your article.

    3. Link exchanges and link directories
Exchange links with webmasters who have sites related to the topic of your website. Search for link directories where you can submit your URL for free.

    4. Traffic exchanges
The idea of traffic exchanges is that you visit other sites in return for people visiting your site. Traffic Swarm is an example of a traffic exchange.

    5. Blogging
Search engines tend to like blogs because of the quality content. Setup a blog related to the topic of your website and post valuable content on a regular basis. Use pinging and tagging to increase your traffic.

    6. Forum Posting
Post to related forums with a signature that includes a link to your website. There are many out there. If you want to find some, just search on Google for +forum

    7. Email Signature
Put a signature in your email that includes a link to your website.

    8. Word of Mouth
Tell everyone you know about your website, like friends and family.
