I AMA manufacturer of a consumable product and I'm working on a direct sales program to help launch it into different markets . I have a 2 level program with a bonus pool planned but am looking for so Done to give me feedback so I can finalize it. Is there anyone out there that is great with compensation plans, perhaps a programmer?

If you are doing 2 levels then you are focused on just an affiliate approach. A good 3 levels would likely be nice and still keep things simple. A bonus pool is cool too. Things that would need to be considered is in there a monthly membership expense with what you are offering and what does it take to cover that cost if one has a team. Make a plan where the average person can succeed as well as the "pro". All the best.
