Were you running a anti-virus program while taking calls? I'm just curious.. Thanks!
No I wasn't because west says not to run any anti virus or firewalls while working for them.
Thanks for the info! I'm so sorry to hear about this happening to you I know they say not to run it, but I always do and have not had any problems with it interfering with any of my programs.
whats the reason why you have to disable your anti v ?
with the firewall i agree that you have to turn it off bec. if may block some incoming connection...
