GE error message when scheduling....PLEASE HELP

    hello everyone,

    I got hired for the GE skill. The first day had problems. every time I try to schedule I get a error message that states SP_username_invalid. I have tried calling GE everyday to get this problem resolved. It's been a week already. My God how long does it take? Who can i call to get this resolved? Is there anyone on this forum that I can talk to about GE?

    you need to contact technical support, and they will go into your computer if you cannot fix this issue did, u try with differt. computer? not sure why tho, u r having that problem first time i hear....well good luck!
