Has anyone started taking calls at CITI?

    Has anyone finished training? I am done but still need to do 2 more webinars. Was wondering how the calls are going and how smooth is the system flow messaging. I didn't train much on sawgrass as it was down ALOT and the acct#s didn't work properly or there were no logins available. Lots of tech problems. So I am worried when I go active I won't be effeceint enough and I will be lost in the screens anyone else have alot of tech issues.

    hi, i just accepted the citi skill and am training on it tomorrow, didnt know there would be a webinar. i currently am working TRU/BRU also. Excited to have a second skill for something different. Pal told me that its just using the ADE and taking guests info for citi to call them back. Sounds alot less complicated than the tru with its 7 different applications to use. i really enjoy it though. how lucky are we to wah?!? let me know how its going with citi, i hope to pick up hours as soon as i finish training.[​IMG]

    Hello, I just took my drug test for the citi skill. what is the pay for citi, I worked with them before for about a year for direct response
