Hello, I try to upload my picture for my avatar, just keep getting a broken link picture in the avatar space??? I tried it in .jpg and .gif forms, it didn't help. I kept the file size to under 23Kb, what am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance.
Maybe the image dimensions are an issue? Have you tried making the image dimensions a bit smaller in a program like Paint? Also, you may want to try a second image file and see if that works.
