Hey everybody I might be fired. I couldn't run the west gateway it took 20 minutes to get that up and going. I accidentally transfered a client then couldnt hear the next one. Then my computer crashed to a black screen. Was told to log out and back in. couldnt login to citisource The page we are always suppose to have up. The 2 calls I took I froze up like like it was 20 below zero in the room. First was a call to lower APR. I said CAN you hold while I look up that info for you and boom I was shaking so bad I hit the transfer button OH SH##@*** Then immediatley got another call I was like a deer in headlights couldn't hear them and obviously couldn't hear me. So if anybody needs a laugh I am your girl. Maybe this phone work isnt for me. I couldn't find squat. When The lady asked why cards were reissued I mumble something to the effect... Sometimes cards a systemically reissued due to a name change removing an authorized user etc.... oh yeah I forgot she had mentioned a letter about account compromise. When I was done with her she probably immediatley called back to close her account!!! What an IDIOT!! I couldnt remember my own name or where I was let alone the 4 notebooks of notes I wrote in training. I felt my face burning. hour and 1/2 of stumbling around the system! Not sure if I am ready to do that again. I felt as if I had never seen one page of training or even knew how to speak. The clients were either laughing their A**es off or mad as He** when they got off the phone. Good luck to everyone! I am sure you will all do much better. So Much for thinking I will be mostly activating cards which I had down to perfection!
