Has anyone had any success with Link Share? I joined about a month ago and have not seen one cent come out of it. It's free for those of you who may have not heard of Link Share. It's an affiliate company. Very easy to use and tons of affiliates to choose from. I like the fact that they are all under one roof. I recently decided to try Google adsense which from day one showed results. I don't want to give up on Linkshare however it seems like it's not working for me.

If you know of any other affiliate companies that do work share with me.

Your success does not depend on the affiliate company but your efforts. They provide only the tools to you. What you make out of it depends on you. They are not to blame for your failure. A same link might produce $100 from a website and $0 from another. So stop jumping from program to program and spend more time on marketing and promotion.

A lot depends on the type of traffic your website is getting

    Hi thewahlist,

Link Share is excellent. Don't give up on them. They are almost as good as Commission Junction. They are easier to work with, in fact. Try deep linking and don't have too many links to too many products on a single page.

Focus hard on one product or if you have a related product or two you might put those on the same page. But use discretion.

Lead slowly up to the sale. Try to resist the temptation of writing a few short paragraphs and then throwing the product in a visitor's face. And if you are using a squeeze page, don't hard sell it too much. Let your main site do most of the hard sell on a product sub page or similar.

Glad to hear you are making money on adsense. Not everyone can say that.

    Best of luck,

I have to admit, I have not yet made any sales with Linkshare, but I've got plenty of sales with CJ and Clickbank.

I joined Linkshare about 4 months ago and already made a few sales.
They are as good as any affiliate network like Commission Junction and Performics.
It all depends on what merchants you are trying to sell the products. Maybe you are not having any luck with the Linkshare merchants you selected. Try other merchants. Go with well-known merchants. Your visitors will be more comfortable purchasing from well-know merchants.
