Hello, I live in Canada and was thinking of selling some items on my own website. The source of the items is located in the US, and I was planning to sell in both the US and Canada. Can anybody help me what paper work do I need to get through? I heared that I need a resell lisence, is that strict? or there is a limit for the business volume below which I don't need the lisence? And in Canada .. things are not easy to understand here, if someone can help me with an easy to understand document or website to know what I need I'll appreicate it. Thank you Yahia
If I were you, I would contact some kind of regulatory agency or trade commission in Canada to see what the law is.
