Money Back Guarentee?

    Hi All!

    I'd swear I started a thread about my new money back guarentee already? Am I wrong? My memory is pretty whacked- I can't remember breakfast most days!

    At any rate, what feedback to you all have? I swear by my system and product, so I thought.. why not offer it to the people I choose to work with.

    Has anyone else done this?

    Yes, are group offering 60 days money back quarentee. So far NOBODY have to use it in my group! Everybody was in profit before 60 days. For less then $20/month, and we provide leads.

    I'm thinking the same thing too..our game plan is 90 days, but most people when following it qualify in 6 weeks or so!

    I'm going to offer the entire cost of the package back.. not just the commission portion that I earned, and let them keep their lifetime membership. Is that what your group offers as well?

    I'm very selective about the people that I choose to work with on my team, because I offer a great deal of personal one on one training and support in addition to the extensive team resources. So, as I select for success in the first place, I see this is a really great offer for people!

    so are you saying that you would return the wholesale portion, keep the commission and allow them to use the package?

    No.. actually I'm saying that I will return the whole amount.. $3995 or $11,000. I'm only offering it for L2 and L3... I help those people with business start up costs as well. So therefore, they know I'm motivated to got the extra mile and commited to their business as much as they are.. it will cost me out of pocket and lots of valuable time if I don't show them the ropes. I know the concern of most people (myself included when I got started) is adequate, personal support and mentoring. I don't want to go the way of forum training- so I select team members very carefully and invest a lot in them to ensure their success. I can't be more commited then they are though- so the condition is that they must plug in and follow the system clearly laid out, proven and in place for them. That provides a measurable expectation, simple instruction and clear guidelines- and also will allow them to positively measure their results. Constant positive feedback in the form of baby steps. go, Go, GO!!!!

    So, they get to keep and use their package and get their money back regardless if they follow that system and don't get their release. Its designed to get it to them in 3-4 weeks. I really am that confident that the system in place WORKS- I use it myself as to countless others and we get results! I'm then teaching that duplicability- they just learn the system and prove it works. Don't fix it if it ain't broke! When I started, I DID NOT follow it exactly- which is why I did not get off the ground in the month that I wanted. As soon as I did, bingo- RESULTS! So I preach that system to save people as much agro as possible.

    Win- win all around! I realize that I'm putting myself out there, quite a bit. But at the same time, I really adore the people that I have the good fortune to work with and enjoy investing myself in their success. I love the training and mentoring piece of this business, that is where I thrive and strive to be all of the time- so again its all about the LoA! Bring those positive, like minded people onboard, show them their wings and let them fly.

    That is how I see it, anyhow! Its just the next logical step for me, at this time.

    Well.. here it goes! I've just sent out the e-mail to the people I want to work with that offers the guarentee PLUS over $900 towards advertising and business expenses!

    I'm fabulously excited! I choose my team members very carefully, so I am sure that I will be releasing some new directors very shortly!
