Can anyone suggestion any good programs that are not affilate and not MLM? Thanks!
No an MLM nor an affiliate program.
What about Paid Surveys?
How about creating your own report/product?

That is how many publishers do business online.
You create the sales letter, the product, have a customer service in place, and get people to advertise this for you.
You can then list your product on ClickBank's site. Many people who have sites and are looking for products to sell, go there every day.
One thing I just thought about is called Address America - totally different concept.
you could try freelance work, writing articles or designing web pages the potential is endless
You can do some crafting work also
After your first two sales, everything you do is totally and 100% yours to keep. There is no upline or downline as in an MLM, but we stick together as a team - not for financial gain but for idea swapping, support, etc.
