Is it normal for the PALs to not answer the 866 number? I called since I finished my training tonight and it just rings and rings and rings. There is no voicemail and no one answers. Anyone had this happen before?

seems that Sat nights the PALs were swamped - per the chat

where is the PAL chat at?

wife2mikejh -- when you log into the West Gateway V2 on your desktop, and you hit START WORK, pull the gateway back up and look att he main window, there is an area in the list on the left and it has "CHAT" it only shows once you hit Start Work. It is a chat with PALS, you can use it for questions, etc.

Skype is telephone via the internet

i dont think West allows skype, although you can you Vonage now.
