Anyone heard of Paragon Academy? I can't find much info about this company except from its own website.

I got a call from them and they said they could pair me up with a consultant and kept saying that I will have to start leveraging on my credit card line to start my online biz which they will guide and guarantee that it will be successful.

I am skeptical about it. Anyone has any experience with them? Please share. Thanks.

If you go on Google and do a search for the company, you will get a good number of results and make topics about them unless they opened up last week and no one knows about them.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Yes, I read about that, but then again, so many other programs with good testimonials doesn't work.

What makes it uncomfortable is that they will ask for CVV from your credit card over the phone and this is the security code that shouldn't be revealed.

They are requesting quite a hefty amount of $5000 - $10000 to be charged to your credit card. It's interesting because they kept asking what is the balance in your credit card and what is the limit available. It makes me feel as if they want to max out your card without being declined by the bank.

So far, I already had 2 calls. One from The Paragon Academy and the other is

IMO that is a ridiculous amount to invest over the phone with no knowledge.
You should be making 5-10K, not spending it.
That is enough to open a bricks & mortar store.
Video training and phone support is what they are selling.
You can get video training free or join a program for ~$30 month.
It still comes down to you doing the work, they just hold your wallet.
Thanks for letting us know the score with Paragon.

I would suggest staying away from them. The red flag for me would be what is your credit card limit. I don't think I have ever had anyone ask me that one! Of course I don't look to get into high price ventures anyway on the internet.

What really is a red flag for me is the stock photography faces on the website,
plus not one single name of a person in charge or who the "gurus" are.

Webliving, i'm with them. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Guard your credit card information with your life. The consequences could be very detrimental. What is your specific goal anyway?

I agree with "be careful" responses of previous postsers.

Paragon say they will teach the following:-

    - Understanding the intricacies of building a website
    - Mastering the ongoing methods of getting traffic
    - Learning advanced Search Engine Optimization strategies
    - Choosing a monetization strategy
    - Researching a niche to determine profitability and long term success
    - Tracking visitors to your site and making changes to increase profits
    - Finding products to sell and the hidden truths of "product sourcing"
    - How to find suppliers who will dropship products for you

You can research all of these topics in this forum and if those answers are insufficient, there are plenty place to be found thru Google.
