Starting with no Referral Rewards Points, back to cash commissions for all.

Now only Vendors earn cash commissions, all others earn points towards product.

Ah, the sweet smell of success. Sold out my inventory today!
First I had 2 repeat customers this week from friends, 3rd order each.
Then one of my first vendors who lost interest due to the "MLM' hype "got it".
The company has finally put the focus back on re-sellers like they intended.
He took all of my inventory for a trade show coming up this week and wants more.
It's all about buying wholesale and selling retail and finding others to do the same.
Now if the other 75+ subs I have would adopt the same attitude I'd be happy!

Actually I am happy just to have Real Time for my own personal use.
Which is why I hung in there during this past year of growing pains.
I understood where the company was coming from and going to all along.
Unfortunately all the "recruiting" hype clouded the picture for most people.
We recruit sellers to sell more, not people to "join our wholesale buying club".
No autoships, no monthly quotas, just buy what you can sell when you need it.
The fact remains that no one has a product that works better at any price.
That may sound like just my opinion but my repeat customers say the same.
And that is the key, personal testimonies from people who have tried everything.
It does not sell as well just sitting on a shelf as when people actually try it.
"Sample to sell" has always been the method that works best for Real Time.

The sweet spot is that you double your investment then re-invest in more.
Don't spend all the profits and be left without any inventory to sell. (I spent it)
You won't get rich quick but you can make a good return on your investment.
$100 invested gets you $200 in return, double your inventory instead of spending it.
Go sell it at trade shows or even swap meets and you can make a decent living.
Find others to do the same and you earn 10%+ off of their efforts.
For me it was an accident and not the money that motivated me.
Shame on me! Or not. I am who I am and that doesn't change.

Well, that's not really true, I've changed a whole lot in the past year.
Went from depressed due to lack of mobility to being active and happy.
If I spent half as much time selling as I spend hiking now I'd be rich.

While I have not gotten rich with RTPR it has paid it's own way from the beginning.

Been a while since I posted on this topic and I am still an active Vendor with RTPR.
The company has evolved away from on-line affiliate marketing to focus on personal sales.
I have a steady supply of repeat customers both on-line and off but could sell more if I tried.
Never was my primary focus, just became a mission because I found RELIEF from pain.
Now that I Enjoy Living Again I don't spend much time "working" when I can play.

In this collapsed economy, every business has to adjust and change their marketing accodingly, all based on past response, and with this, many companies will launch as an affiliate to build a customer base, and then poof, they see they no longer have to pay the affiliate commissions based on reorder data. The good, bad and ugly of the industry, when you have a good product, sooner or later, they cut commissions or change compensation plans. Time will tell, but change is never easy for the marketers not knowing when the next shoe will drop.

RTPR is still growing every month with lots of positive improvements.
The focus is on training VENDORS to sell product, not recruiting.
However there are bonuses for recruiting and training new vendors.
One of the new bonuses is vacation packages with your choice of destinations.

True confessions time, after 19 months without taking a pain killer...
I wrench my back so bad I gave in and took some deadly Acetaminophen this week.
Don't get me wrong, Real Time is still my first choice and I've used plenty today.
But my perfect record is now tarnished and a confession is in order.
It does not work 100% of the time but 19 months pill free has been bliss.
Sadly 3 days of pills has altered my chemical balance and digestion.
If it wasn't so hard to reach I would have used more Real Time,
and that is the rub, you have to use it for it to work.
The good thing is I have more sympathy now for those who "can't".
If you do have to take a pill, please don't exceed recommended doses.
More people die from over the counter meds than any other drug.

As for the "head to toe", yup, I've broken, cracked, or dislocated just about every bone on the right side plus a few on the left. It's mild enough I even rub it on my forehead for headaches. I haven't taken ANY kind of pain pill in over a month now, not even an aspirin. In fact that is one reason I am such an advocate for RTPR, to help wean people off deadly (and expensive) pain killers. It's that good, IN MY OPINION of course. You can decide for yourself free if you choose the 3rd option.

Time for an update since a lot has been going on with Real Time.
The focus has shifted more to Event Vendors and Mall Kiosks.
The company sponsors some of the more expensive events and the mall kiosks.
They still have the free affiliate program, now called Referral Rewards Program.
That pays you in product rather than cash unless you are also a Vendor in good standing.
You can use the "Rewards Points" like cash to buy product retail, or wholesale for Vendors.

I still generate on-line sales through my websites, plus buy wholesale and double my money.
Event Vending is not my style since I am not an outgoing personality for direct sales.
Most of my direct sales are to friends, or clients that I do computer repairs for.
They share samples with their friends and so it still grows slowly organically.

The ones making a living selling Real Time are the ones doing events and mall kiosks.

For me the product has been a life changer and I share it whenever I can.
I often give it away to friends who end up calling me to buy more.
If I was a salesman I have no doubt it would be a full time income.
That's just not my style since I prefer fixing computers and creating/hosting websites.
A local Massage Therapist sells a lot to her clients, earning me wholesale commissions.

After 2 years I have no regrets about joining RTPR and promoting their product.
(Other than the fact I'm not a born salesman, that's one regret I'll always have)
Thankfully the product sells itself once people try it and get Relief.
That's why the events and mall programs work so well for others.
If you are outgoing and compassionate you can do real well.
If not, you can still have success, just not as fast or big.

Real Time is still the best smelling, most effective topical pain reliever I have found.
Try it if you have chronic pain, no more free samples but at 5/$5 it's worth trying.
The most expensive jar/bottles are $25 which is still a bargain to my customers.
If it wasn't they wouldn't keep calling me asking for more, and they do!

Last night on the Monday night "360 Opportunity Webinar" RTPR dropped a major BOMBSHELL announcement! ​

The Founder, Tim Flatt, told us that the company has negotiated a HUGE multi-million dollar, radio ad buy (on 2,500 radio stations nationwide) to help RTPR Vendors increase retail sales and massively recruit and sponsor Vendors NATIONWIDE.​

There will be ad spots plus a monthly half hour talk show format with testimonials from Real Time Pain Relief customers.​

Requests for a free sample will be rotated among active Gold and Platinum status Vendors to build their businesses.​

The "details" of how to claim the radio ad rotation spots:
To be qualified to participate in the rotators a Vendor must purchase
a $75 kit of 100 Travel Packs and 50 tri-fold brochures to send prospects.
You also have to have $200 in personal wholesale purchases for that month.
Doing that will give you 3 rotation spots during the qualifying month.
For the November ad spots you must qualify by the 7th, ads start on the 11th.

New Vendors who buy the #2 wholesale kit for $200 plus the $75 ad kit will qualify.
The purpose of the $75 kit is to insure Vendors have samples to mail out immediately.
Additional spots and kits are available for $30 for each $200 in monthly wholesale volume.
When a listener calls in for a free sample the shipping will be done by the Vendor in rotation.
All the customer details will be assigned to the Vendor as if they signed them up themselves.
Some of those callers will no doubt be health care practitioners and massage therapists.
That means you will not only be generating new customers but also potential Vendors.
There are many other details but that is the jist of the the radio ad rotation program.

Even for those not in the rotation the ads will increase public awareness of Real Time Pain Relief.
It is estimated there will be 300-500 Million listener impressions during the first 3 months.
All Vendors will benefit from the exposure generated by the radio advertising program.
Real Time wants to become a household name and this is going to help create that.
Spanish ads will follow soon along social media ads on the radio station pages.
(Products and brochures are already available for the Spanish market.)

The latest update on the radio ad spots beginning Nov. 11th:

They also revised the requirements, eliminating the $200 per slot.
(ie: Additional spots and kits are available for $30 for each $200 in monthly wholesale volume.)

Saturday's webinar revealed statistics from the first month of the National Radio Ad Free Sample Requests.
After analyzing the results management made a few changes to the ad program to increase Vendor sales.
