Here are the highlights: Arnie first mentioned that Andy Bowdoin was on the Conference Call with us tonight, but due to the "gag order", was not permitted to speak to the group on this call. Arnie did mention, "Andy would love to send out information to all the members, but can't because the government took all the ASD computers and therefore the ASD database with all the names, phones numbers and email addresses. He stressed the importance to keep the lines of communication open with everyone in your organization so no one would be in the dark as to what is going on with ASD and the case that the ASD Legal Team is building against the government's complaint. Arnie mentioned that he recently placed a phone call to the Florida Attorney General's Office in support of ASD. After voicing his opinion, he asked the operator on the phone, "What's the ratio of positive versus negative calls being received. She wasn't permitted to give those statistics, but she did mention that someone must have encouraged people to call because she was getting a lot of very supportive calls in favor of ASD! He also mentioned that Larry Friedman, the attorney who was recently retained by the ASD Membership, confirmed after reviewing the ASD Business model that was supplied to them by ASD Management, that ASD is not a "Ponzi Scheme"! Arnie also stressed the importance for everyone to flood the US Attorney's office, the Florida Attorney's office, your Congressmen's & Senator's offices (both State & Local) with testimonial letters, emails, phone calls in support of ASD! Arnie also spoke with a 3rd party Attorney today who is extremely successful with government lawsuits. He said, "one thing to stress, have the ASD membership send emails." He couldn't stress that enough! For those who have not received a copy of the emails that you can use to sent to the US Attorney & the Florida Attorney General's offices, Arnie suggested that you email him at [email protected] and he will send you a copy of the emails or the link to download these emails. Arnie introduced us all to a gentleman named Miles. He stressed the importance of having all the membership all on the same page and to keep the faith. Miles mentioned that he spoke with an attorney in Miami who is very familiar with the case who sees a very bright outcome for ASD even though we are in a battle with the government. Miles also mentioned that the media was beginning to change their negative view on ASD now that they are getting the facts. He also mentioned that he is scheduled to be interviewed by BUSINESS WEEK in the near future to give them his perspective as an ASD member. In addition, Miles mentioned the the cause of this complaint against ASD may have been caused by one of the giants on the Internet. No names were given, but one could easily conclude that he was referring to GOOGLE because of the success & tremendous growth that ASD was experiencing within GOOGLE's own backyard. Arnie also mentioned his conversation with another attorney, Ken Johnson, that he spoke with who believes that the ASD membership's constitution has been violated with the government's actions against ASD. Arnie mentioned his discussion with one of ASD's Legal Team, who is one of the top MLM attorney's in the country and has never lost a case. He also confirmed that the ASD Business Model is not a "Ponzi Scheme" and that ASD is a solid company and could be back in business shortly and as a result be stronger than ever. In closing, the ASD Legal Team is apparently very positive about the eventual outcome for ASD and its members!
