Today's ponder point: Many people have embraced stress as part of modern living. But stress in and of itself is not real. It is the accumulation of misconstrued thoughts, feelings and emotions that cause the body to constrict into unwanted mind patterns that people translate into stress. But really, think about it: what is the root cause of your stress? Be Self-Honest and you will find its root cause. And you will be surprised to find out that chores do not cause stress, work does not cause stress, nothing in-between these causes stress. It is what you have accepted and allowed through the mind -- as misconstrued thoughts, feelings and emotions towards certain things that is the root cause of 'stress'. Feel free to post your experience here. That's what this topic is for.

Yes, you have nailed it right. We see the world through the impressions created in our mind, through thoughts and judgments. Stronger the thoughts/judgments, greater the stress. If there were no impressions (like in the mind of a kid), there would be no stress!

Absolutely. Babies/very young children live authentically within and as their Natural State -- it is a wonder just to observe their state of beingness -- hence their stress-free beingness. This is because, at this stage of their lives, they are not affected or should I say infected by the mind virus.

I have developed many resources regarding this topic. Sometimes it is so profound that writing snippets about the profoundness of it all leaves people asking for more. If you want, I can offer your members and you of course [IMG] a free webinar/teleseminar about the key aspects of it. I would be very happy to do this as I know what people go through from very deep inside, how the mind hinders progress and how they can release themselves from it. Once they know about the true nature and design of the mind system and the nature of its chaotic contents -- their outlook on life will be more clear. Just let me know if you are interested and I'll book a date in my calendar for your group. Cheers. Feel free to pm me.

Today's tip: Give yourself permission to release yourself from all the stress that you have picked up in the past.
