Hello All, I have researched Coastal for about 3 years. I have always wanted to joing but I am not good at selling and I never seemed to have enough money. I stopped looking at the opportunity for a while until about 2 months ago. The Call Center is what got me interested again. Now that the Call Center is in place I feel like I can definitely succeed at Coastal. I have a few questions I would like answered though. I tried to email Jeff Mills, because he was the director I wanted to work with but he never responded. It would be great if someone, anyone could help me. Here are my questions: 1.) Does Coastal Vacations allow corporations to join as independent travel directors? For Example, if I incorporated my business, would I be able to join the program under that name and receive all payments in the name of my business? (For Tax Purposes) 2.) How many independent travel directors are apart of the "We Close Your Sales" Team? How many independent travel directors are apart of Coastal Vacations as a whole? 3.) What is the success rate of the "We Close Your Sales" call center? How often are they closing sales? 4.) Will my upline (director) have significant time to train me? Do you set aside time specifically for new directors to help them build their businesses? 5.) Does Coastal Vacations allow independent travel directors to create alternate websites to promote the vacation package? For example, if I signed up with the "We Close Your Sales" team and they gave me a generic website, will all also be able to create others on my own? 6.) When prospects contact the call center, do the call center sales people ask any specific questions about the customer to build a customer profile? For example: age, location, current income, number of children, occupation, how they heard about the opportunity etc. (For the purpose of tracking my marketing efforts) 7.) Is it possible for individuals to simply buy the vacation package and not do the business opportunity? What if they just want to use the package and not participate in the business opportunity? Is the sales center activation fee a yearly (recurring) fee or a one time fee? 8.) Is the initial cost to join the business a yearly (recurring) fee or a one time fee? 9.) Does the sales center account for every sale a travel director makes? ( What I mean is, is the integrity level high? I want to be sure I am getting credit for every sale) 10.) If I wanted to sign up for a toll free number and have that number forwarded to the call center, could I do that? I say this because, I found a toll free number company (Kall 8) that allows you to forward your toll free number to any number and record all calls. So what I would do when I advertise is put my own toll free number in the ad, my ID number for the call center and when the prospect calls I can record the conversation. This will help me test the intergrity of the call center as well as learn some of the techniques the call center uses to close my sales. My question to you is do you think this is ethical.
