Just take a look at the copyright notice at the bottom of my website - that's all you need.

Copyright is implied whether or not you post a notice of copyright.

copywrite? ha!... it cost $50k to bring a copyright suit in federal court... so whether you want to humor yourself with that or not is up to you,,,your work is copyrighted when published,,, save your money on copyright fees,,, unless your willing to fork over $50k to defend your
"masterpiece"

A copyright notice ads credibility though it isn't necessary. As I mentioned above, it is implied whether or not you place it on your site.

If you decide to stop someone from using your work, there are many inexpensive ways to start. You can simply send out a Decease and desist order and take it from there. You can create it yourself at no charge. You can step it up from there.

Often times, these matters are settled out of court.
