Can anybody here help me with a simple way to put up a form on my website so my visitors can submit information to my email? I've no knowledge about programming.

First and foremost check with your web host if they have a form processing script pre-installed. Most web hosts do have one and easy step-by-step instructions to get you started.
If your web host doesn't have one, you have two choices:
1) Install a simple form processing script on your website like one at: http://www.scriptarchive.com/formmail.html.
More scripts...
2) Use a remotely hosted form processing service like http://www.formmail.com/, if your web host doesn't allow you to run cgi/php scripts.

Type it into Google and see what free programs come up. I saw one a while ago so I know they exist
