Anyone Heard of Guruperl.net?

Was wondering if anyone has heard of or used www.guruperl.net. They provide website software. I was particularly wondering about the Skype Message Sender product they're offering. I have Skype and thought the ability to send my link to the millions of Skype users might be worth it.

I'm using this software for about 8 days. About 1500 messages per hour. Skype not allow send it more faster But, one good thing, Skype not block account
