I hope I am posting this in the proper forum topic.

I am very actively involved in an MLM program that has turned out to be potentially more successful that I imagined. I have many "tracking" tools for my campaigns. Most of these tracking tools only provide me with the time and date of the "hit" to my site, along with the IP address. Forgive my naivety, but how can I utilize these IP addresses to follow up on visitors to my site?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Kalien

You can use it to track from which area/ region /country your visitors are coming from

Thank you pcwork,

I was just hoping that I could establish direct contact with my "hits' via their IP adresses.

There is absolutely no way to follow up on your clients through IP addresses. Like pcwork mentioned, it can give you a rough idea on where your clients came from. But that wouldn't be of any use. Therefore you must have a opt-in system in place on your site to capture reader's email address (by offering them a free ebook or an informative report or any other tactic), to follow up with them later. It's the only way.
